Badminton competition and prize distribution ceremony organized by District Sports Office Comilla
The participation of students from various clubs and educational institutions in the 'Daudkandi Adarsh Pilot High School' field organized by the Comilla District Sports Office under the annual sports program of the Department of Sports under the Ministry of Youth and Sports 2023-24 29/01/2024 AD. Date Badminton competition completed. District Sports Officer, Comilla Mr. Md. Nazim Uddin Bhuiyan presided over the event and Mr. Arfatul Alam Upazila Executive Officer, Daudkandi, Comilla was present as the chief guest. Mr. Mohammad Jasim Uddin, Head Teacher, Daudkandi Adarsh Pilot High School and Mr. Md. Khorshed Alam General Secretary, Upazila Sports Organization, Daudkandi, Comilla were present as special guests. In his speech, the chief guest said that it is very important to focus on sports as well as education to build a healthy nation in building a smart Bangladesh. Everyone needs to work to get kids involved in sports. In his speech, the President called upon everyone to participate in such competitions for the purpose of spreading sports and developing sports talent at the grass root level. In the Badminton competition and prize distribution ceremony, teachers of various schools, students and local dignitaries, journalists including Mr. Md. Fazlul Haque, Office Assistant (Retired), District Sports Office Comilla, Mr. Md. Farhad Hossain, Office Assistant cum-Computer Numerologist, District Sports Office, Comilla was present.
